Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all. We meet you where you are presently.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
We do! We can add it on to any of our coaching options.
What makes San Diego Strength Club unique?
We provide a personalized and tailored experience, but in a small group format. We also offer one-on-one personal training for those desiring undiviided attention and a training environment where your goals are the sole focus.
What are the gym hours?
Our general hours are M-F 5a-7p and Sa 7a-12p, by appointment only.
What is the maxium size of the small group sessions?
no more than 6–8 people per session.
Are drop‑ins allowed?
Absolutely! We welcome visitors who are looking to get their workouts in.
Is there a trial period available?
Yes, we offer a free trial class for new members.
